All tools, software, and solutions developed by Clarity remain the exclusive property of Clarity. While we build custom tools tailored to your label's needs, the underlying code, architecture, and intellectual property belong to Clarity.

Clarity for Labels is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
